The MCW Laboratory of Dermatopathology is an academic dermatopathology laboratory dedicated to the innovative delivery of high quality dermatopathology services. It is distinguished from other dermatopathology laboratories by the use of novel communication technologies that facilitate clinicopathologic correlation, improve diagnostic accuracy, and create efficiencies and conveniences for laboratory clients.  This technology exploits handheld computing, the Web, digital media, and interfaces to client medical record systems.  Some of the technology is patent pending.

The laboratory is directed by Dr. Matthew Fleming, a dermatologist and dermatopathologist with almost 20 years of clinical experience.
